California Assembly Bill (AB 1263)

Our products are firearm accessories and are not firearms. We do not sell receivers, frames, barrels, or any serialized components.

Under California law, it is illegal to:
• Manufacture a firearm without a license.
• Use 3D printers or CNC machines to manufacture firearms.
• Manufacture more than three firearms per year without a license.
• Sell or transfer a firearm-manufactured item without a dealer-initiated background check where required.

By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge they are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to purchase firearm accessories, and will not use any product or materials to manufacture a firearm in violation of federal or state law.

We reserve the right to cancel any order indicating possible unlawful use.

New Requirements for Firearm Industry Members Selling Certain Parts

Before selling or shipping the following to anyone in CA:

Firearm accessories
Firearm manufacturing machines (3D printers, CNC mills, etc.)

B. Age Verification

Buyer must provide proof of identity showing they are 18+.

C. Shipping Requirements

Packages must be labeled: “Signature and proof of ID (18+) required for delivery.”
Address must match the buyer's identification
Signature and ID check required upon delivery
